In KOUZU's dairy farming, which has been main business area of the farm since 1887, we focus on grazing and forage production. The main feed for our cattle is the fresh pasture plants in summer season from May to October and the hay harvested and stored by roll bales in winter season from November to April.
The health of Jersey in KOUZU is ensured with the healthy feed (mainly the forage grow in the own farm) and grazing management of cattle to minimize stress.

Jersey cows produce lots of milk containing high levels of protein and fat.
